We're proud to announce that once again we've achieved the highest result in our annual audit by industry body the British Water Cooler Association. The BWCA awarded us the "green light" in its latest bottled and plumbed-in water cooler company audit. Very few companies achieve such a high result which proves that our emphasis on the quality of our working methods is really paying off, and that water from our coolers is keeping thousands of people hydrated, happy and healthy. The BWCA is a trade association whose mission is to ensure that its members offer the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene to consumers together with an unimpeachable product and service. It funds ongoing technical and microbiological research related to water coolers and bottled water, as well as organising job-specific training courses for its members whose staff must pass these as a requirement for each BWCA member's yearly audit. For continued membership and accreditation members must adhere to strict bylaws, codes of practice, advertising & conduct and are audited for compliance annually by third party inspection organisations. The BWCA has close and ongoing relationships with key national and local government departments and agencies including the FSA, the Environment Agency, the Trading Standards Institute and local authority environmental health departments. So when you're specifying the installation of a water cooler or ordering bottled water, always ensure that the supplier is a BWCA member. Ensuring they are is a guarantee of quality and safety, and that they have passed strict sanitisation and audit programmes.
