Countrywise Water Coolers provides coolers, both bottled and plumbed in throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the East Midlands. Because we can supply both bottled and plumbed in, we believe that we can provide a dual solution whatever your needs;

We are the only local company that is a member of the BWCA. We do not employ the services of a call centre, but instead rely on personal recommendation and friendly, one-to-one contact to promote our service. We will give you a personal contact account manager and a direct dial telephone number. You have probably seen our coolers around the region, as we are in many well known showrooms and offices around and about. We are also delighted to be in contract/supplying to our local councils, schools and leisure centres etc.

We will leave you feeling chilled and well hydrated. You'll wonder why you haven't been supplied by us all along!



Countrywise recently sent out 400 customer satisfaction questionnaires to a random selection of its customers. They got a fantastic response rate (nothing to do with the hotel chocolat prizes that were on offer, honest!), with lots of very favourable comments, that left the Countrywise staff blushing!

  • We will supply only water coolers that we have tested and that we are confident will give the best performance.

  • We will only supply a range of tried and tested ancillary products.

  • We promise to promote the use of environmentally sustainable products and practices where possible in our business.

  • We will continue with our excellent track record of invoice/account accuracy

  • We will operate our business in strict accordance with the “best practice policy” laid down by the British Water Cooler Association.

  • We will guarantee bottled water delivery within 24/48 hours of receipt of order for local customers and will arrange fast delivery for customers outside our local zone. We will operate an effective ordering system to help prevent running out of water.

  • Our investment in e-commerce has enabled us to work in partnership with major customers to create efficient order and account processing.
