Established in 1981, it has the purchasing power to achieve savings to pass on to its customers and is jointly owned by the five county councils of Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Warwickshire along with Peterborough City Council.
Based near Leicester, it oversees purchasing for public sector including education, local government, charities and multi-academy trusts.
