We're pleased to announce that our managing director, Diane Stow, has been appointed to the executive council of the British Water Cooler Association (BWCA).
The BWCA is our trade association which aims to ensure that its members offer the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene to consumers together with an unimpeachable product and service.
It also funds ongoing technical and microbiological research related to water coolers and bottled water, as well as organising job-specific training courses for its members whose staff must pass these as a requirement for each BWCA member's yearly audit.
Diane will be a member of the executive council for the next two years where she will help decide BWCA policy as well as how to improve industry standards.
She said: "It's a great honour to be appointed to the executive committee of the BWCA which works to tirelessly to advance standards of the water cooler industry, and which is worth in excess of £100 million to the UK economy."
