The Andriod has landed! Countrywise Water Coolers delivery drivers go paperless

IT'S all change at Countrywise Water Coolers this month with our delivery drivers ditching their paper despatch notes in favour of Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphones.

The Android-powered phones have been installed with ProWat Mobile software supplied by Database Workshop, in Lichfield, Staffordshire, and customers now acknowledge receipt of their delivery using a stylus.

The move is part of the upgrading our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and being paperless it also adds to our green credentials.

Our sales team no longer have to print despatch sheets and hand them to the drivers; all the information they need is on their phones which are connected to the office.

There's no need for drivers to keep the paperwork in order, or for them to hand it back in at the end of the day; the office have it all to hand in real time.

And we don't need to fill the office with filing cabinets full of paper!
