Customer satisfaction wins Countrywise a new contract with East Riding Council.
When East Riding of Yorkshire County Council Procurement department review their water cooler service they conduct a customer satisfaction survey as part of the process they use when choosing a supplier.
Countrywise Water Coolers have been supplying East Riding of Yorkshire County Council for some time and meet all the criteria expected from its local suppliers but it’s the little things that set them apart said a spokesman, like the extra effort they put into their service, helpfulness and the politeness of their staff.

Site Accommodation comes with a cool drink of water!
Sheffield based Banner Plant offer their customers a comprehensive range of welfare and accommodation units. On site units provide construction companies and builders with offices and those that work for them with changing rooms, canteen and rest areas where no other services are available. Part of the Banner service is to offer these units fitted out to a high standard and that’s where Countrywise comes in. “As part of our hire offer we can provide water coolers in the units” says a Banner spokesman “and we in turn rely on Countrywise to supply the water cooler and then the bottled water, it’s a great service that many of our customers appreciate”.
