Choosing your water cooler – plumbed-in

The advantages of choosing a plumbed-in water cooler:

  • Ideal for users that require larger quantities of water and is a permanent, long term hydration solution

  • No delivery of bottles required or lifting of heavy bottles

  • Where site conditions may make the delivery and storage of large bottles difficult or impractical

  • No storage of bottles required

  • Utilises your on-site drinking water supply but cools and filters the tap water to improve its taste, smell and appearance.

Our effective 0.5 micron filtration system also helps to remove chlorine, lead, other heavy metals, sediment, and cysts.

Plumbed in water coolers make more economic sense for companies and organisations that need larger amounts of rehydration. In order to install one of our plumbed-in coolers our experienced plumber will need access to a mains water supply and a 13 amp power socket. Our range of plumbed-in coolers can be purchased but are usually rented on a monthly fixed price, which includes all other service costs, including replacement filter, regular cleaning and sanitising. As you would imagine, it is equally important that plumbed-in coolers are sanitised, though these are done six monthly along with a filter change.

Under sink chillers

We can also provide and install under-sink coolers. These are fitted into a kitchen area, whereby the chiller unit is hidden in a cupboard near a sink, and the swan neck tap sits on the work surface over a sink area. These are beneficial if you want to use a kitchen but don't have the workspace.
